The Training and Placement Cell of B. S. Anangpuria Educational Institute centrally handles campus placement for students of all our campuses for Engineering, Management, and Pharmacy.

The Placement Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.

  • Our greatest resource is our students. We prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers and B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Technology and Management alumni.
  • Organizing campus interviews for final students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India is a mission of our college that help students decide and design their career.
  • The main motto is to promote career counseling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
  • Conducting Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences and Corporate Meets etc. are the ways we maintain regular interaction with the industry.
  • We aim to develop the best learning process using a comprehensive understanding of industry’s best practices.
  • We provide requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills.

Anangpuria Educational Institutes use following tools and methodologies to help our students in getting ready for future professional or entrepreneur role.

Industry exposure for students is a big area to be emphasised with College teams across states providing support to these institutes to build their networks with local employers and industry. Industrial Training builds the capacity of building professional networks, communicative English and digital literacy skills for students.

Our communication classes are a shortcut to building experience. By providing the right ideas, we can bring your workforce up the learning curve in a fast, worthwhile and timely manner. This communication classes not only save learning time but also help build and refine your workforce, leading to operational excellence and an enhancement in the use of English in the workplace.

The interview skills are the most significant part of your job search. This program teaches students to prepare for, conduct and follow up on interviews. Interviewing sessions are designed to yield the information students need to choose a career path learn how to break in and find out if you have what it takes to succeed.

Presentation Skills involve multi-skills, a carefully planned and constructed guideline that help develop students’ receptiveness to these presentations. Listing instructional objectives and explaining reasons for activity increases student’s participation and results in a heightening of satisfaction and achievement.

The purpose of using Debate skills a career tool to enhance learning skills. In particular, it investigates whether debating can be useful in developing both, key graduate capabilities skills (critical thinking and communication skills) and the progression to facilitate learning (motivational & intellectual challenges.

We train the student with the ability to write about his internship experience on his resume which is incredibly important. Writing a CV means defining a person’s individual career experiences and accomplishments.

Placement Process

Over time our placement process has been refined to make recruitment as simple as possible for students and companies alike. Our placement objective is to recognize the capable and qualified professionals before they complete their education.

It provides employment opportunities to the students who are perusing or in the final stage of completing the course. Though being a cumbersome process it still reduces the time for an industry to pick the candidates according to their need.

The life cycle of the placement process is:

  • The primary code of Placement process is to contact companies two months ahead of the placement schedule along receiving the necessary crucial data via Job Announcement form.
  • Accordingly, scrutinizing the requirements, a formal invitation is sent to them with a mutual decision for presentation and selection process.
  • An announcement is made providing the detailed information of the company. Depending on the choice, interest, and eligibility of students, interested candidates apply for the job a week before the visit.
  • Enclosing the details of the applicants to the company, a plan to visit the campus and meet the applicants is confirmed.
  • A presentation hall is reserved for the company visit plans and presentation of applicants. Seeking the capability and interests of applicants, announcements for the selected ones are dedicated.
  • A team of dedicated placement committee volunteers works to ensure simpler logistics and all other related issues regarding campus placements.
